Just looking at the glass façade tells you what to expect inside - the sleek, trendy and vibrant Hoxton Square Bar and Kitchen continues to attract hip and young Hoxton residents at night in addition to families and children during the day. With leather sofas and minimalist décor, the restaurant is a more relaxed affair but the action is all at the back bar when the post 9pm crowd start trickling in through to the dance floor and stage.

The food is predominantly Tex-Mex and American diner style, so you'd probably find Alabama chicken wings, nachos and spicy beans, quesadillas and Maryland crab cakes. Brunch on some Belgian waffles and lumberjack of pancakes, crispy bacon and eggs cooked to your liking or choose between spicy vegetable tortilla wraps and Creole spiced prawns for dinner. A range of classic desserts to finish the meal include pecan pie and cake and ice cream sundae.
