Hoyzen is a charming little oriental seafood grill located in The Three Horseshoes at Chelmsford. The unassuming décor allows the kitchen to take centre stage by serving dishes that accommodate most tastes.

The seafood platter comes with Korean flatbread, fresh mango with crab meat wrapped in coconut parcels and satay squid or there's a winter melon broth served with scallops. Ordering fish dishes may seem like a daunting task there and you can have them pan-fried, grilled, steamed or deep-fried with your choice of fish. The same goes for other seafood dishes such as lobster, crab, scallops and prawns, which can be prepared in different ways. Round off with some toffee banana or pan-fried mango with ice cream, or ginger and milk pudding.
