Hot and spicy shrimp, calamari fritti, potato skins, crab stuffed mushrooms and Maryland lump crab cakes make for some delicious appetizers. Amongst entrées shrimp scampi linguini and flamed broiled salmon topped with a hint of garlic is closely challenged by the likes of forest mushroom chicken and lamb chops served over a rosemary-mint glaze. Prime ribs are unquestionably the house specialty, gently coated with unique seasoning and roasted till they are tender, they arrive in three different cuts - petite, standard and house - appealing to the carnivore in you. Round off the meal with a mountain high mud pie or a cheesecake.
