Ibbetson's Restaurant, now crowned with 2 AA Rosettes, is decorated in a clean, bright style with elegant dark wood furniture and cosy lighting.

The seasonally changing menu is created to reflect the use of fresh locally sourced ingredients and some fine British cooking with an occasional twist, which is evident in dishes of pressed terrine of chicken with marinated prunes in port with foie gras roulade; loin of veal, hickory smoked mash, vine tomatoes with girolles and café de Paris or five spiced tuna with confit tomato, red onion, potato, and honey crème fraiche.

To round off the meal in style, vanilla pannacotta with mango, pineapple and passion fruit; almond tuille and a selection of English cheese with celery, apple and biscuits could be of material help.
