Friday night's Basque food is outstanding! If you want great food but don't have to dress up, this is the place. The restaurant in the sale yard may lack a romantic ambiance but more than makes up for it with great food and fun with friends. It is quickly becoming popular with the people in the valley, so I would recommend reservations. Liz and Chet Maben have done a great job of improving the quality of food and service ever since taking over Spur.
