Located in the El Born area of Barcelona, Ikibana is a chic, cosmopolitan restaurant the serves a unique fusion of Japanese cuisine with traditional Brazilian flavours and ingredients. Furnished in a stylish contemporary manner with mural art and mosaics on the wall, the atmosphere is intimately cosy and diners are entertained with video projections and a carefully selected music playlist.

The dishes are a glorious melange of unique flavours, there is authentic sashimi and tempura alongside uramaki, traditional rice rolls covered in seaweed, that combine tuna, king prawn and tuna with tropical flavours of papaya, avocado and coriander. There are burgers made with imported Kobe beef and veal given a unique character served alongside caramelized onion sauce; and the gunkans, stuffed rice dumplings, are equally enticing.
