That man Nico Ladenis is truly amazing; no sooner has he handed back the three Michelin stars for his flagship 'cheznico' than he opened Incognico, though it was initially run by his talented daughter Natasha; sadly the family are not involved any longer, though the stamp of quality that they gave to it remains.

The place was restfully designed by David Collins, the most popular restaurant designer in London. The menu reflects a return to culinary simplicity, familiar dishes, executed perfectly, using the best quality ingredients, more brasserie style than high class restaurant; standards are extremely high, everything is put together flawlessly, and the concentration is on the intensity of flavours with essentially straightforward food. Some of their notable dishes include seared king scallops with pea shoots salad and balsamic vinaigrette; pappardelle with ham and crispy parmesan, or roast fillet of pork with caponata and fresh marjoram.
