Indigo

Indigo unreservedly sets out to create a Mediterranean ambience in an area that is already well populated by some of the more well-known and predictable chain pubs and clubs. Look out for dishes from Med-touched cuisines such as Italian, Greek and Spanish with interesting additions from Turkey, Morocco and other North African countries. Nor is innovation lacking and combinations of ingredients and ideas from these countries make frequent appearances.

Furnishings and fittings draw heavily from the same sources, with a solid copper bar top, Spanish mosaic tiles, brass light fittings all lending to the impression of warmth and light. Swansea has its fair share of sunshine and it's then that the handsome double doors that run the length of one entire wall are thrown open for maximum effect.

Indigo's buzzy and individual atmosphere makes it a popular place with the sophisticated young set.
