Inn-Dian, The Description

The Inn-Dian restaurant at the former Spotted House on Keighley Road in Bradford is an interesting twist on the more mundane Indian restaurants that you find in that part of the world. The bar area is filled with brightly-coloured, comfortable chairs and low tables; while the kitchen is willing to create any dish of your choice, allowing for experimentation by combining different ingredients. Try the kalinzi - marinated chicken or lamb, cooked with fresh garlic, green chillies and capsicums, or for vegetarians the pallok paneer - a combination of spinach, cottage cheese and garlic cooked in an aromatic sauce.
