We were in Cannes for several days and three times went to the IX. For a start it is difficult to decide to go, the interior does not give confidence that the kitchen will be good. But if you go, you will not be disappointed. We really liked, it still feels like something from the Italian that many Italian places quickly forget about it. Food is fresh and everything is prepared with great care. They have a good selection of Italian wines. Service staff speaks all languages and very attentive. We liked it.
