Jacks at The Island is managed by Keith Blackburn who also runs the original Jacks Bistro on Wood Street at St. Anne’s. We have always had excellent food at Jacks Bistro. The quality and value at The Island is on a par, if not better, because of the extensive choice available on the tapas menu. There are two menus available - tapas and a la carte - but they are happy to allow you to mix and match from either one. In addition you get good value for money and the helpful staff make it a pleasurable dining experience.
