This Lebanese deli and restaurant has a most unusual name, a simple acronym actually of owners Jilly and Sleiman, repeated three times almost like a litany! In the market town of Cheadle, in Cheshire however, those looking for a slightly different experience, be it in cuisine or atmosphere, will remember this chant for a long time to come. The décor is quirky and there's an old worldcharm to the place which brings a smile of contentment to many a face.

Eastern and Mediterranean influences abound and you can opt for starters of hummus with minced lamb, pine nuts and Lebanese bread followed by poached salmon with dill dressing. In the evenings, you could typically start with king prawns, scallops, garlic and chilli. Main courses are served with rice and could be the duck breast with honey, ginger and port. For dessert there's a Mandarin orange sorbet and although you have to take your own beer or wine, there's no corkage charge.
