The food is great but the service is disappointing. My partner and I have been there a couple of times and it’s been really nice. However, on our last visit we were pressurised to order, within a space of five minutes by three different members of staff. We wanted to enjoy the food and the conversation, but we just couldn’t as the members of staff were looking over us all the time. We even felt neglected as nobody asked us if we wanted another drink or dessert. Maybe this was just one bad experience but it certainly wasn’t enjoyable.

I think this place is perfect and recommend it. The Guildford outlet is also lovely and really good for kids.
