Johnny Costa's Ristorante is an elegant, yet casual, fine dining restaurant serving Italian cuisine. Johnny Costa, the chef, who cooked for celebrities such as Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack during the seventies, started it as a family business in nineteen-seventy-seven. Since then, it has gained a reputation for the food and congenial service.

Start with lightly breaded, fried mozzarella cheese topped with marinara sauce and Mediterranean mussels sautéed in a garlic wine tomato sauce. If a cold appetizer is to your liking then order thinly-sliced Parma Prosciutto on top of freshly sliced cantaloupe melon and kiwi. Among pastas try ravioli filled with ricotta cheese and served with a hearty red meat sauce and linguini pasta with freshly sliced salmon in a garlic wine cream sauce. Steaks and dishes such as medallions of veal sautéed with butter, mushrooms, shallots and wine sauce are also served.
