Juliana's Restaurant

There's a choice of two places to dine at Cotswold House, but both serviced from the same kitchen under the capable direction of Head Chef Simon Hulstone and his team, offering freshly prepared, innovative menus with dishes that provide the best of modern English cooking.

The Garden Restaurant defines Simon's style, it is somewhere you can relax with friends over Sunday lunch or dine by candlelight in the evening, with crisp linen table clothes and deep red walls, it could be summed up as being smart without pomposity. You can look through elegant French windows upon the hotel's floodlit gardens and savour flavours from a three-course menu featuring the freshest fish, local game and meats.

Hicks' Brasserie, with its sweeping bar and chic, contemporary design, is the hub of the hotel throughout the day. The food is a touch simpler and certainly cheaper, with choices from breakfast through to dinner.

It is difficult to give an accurate Average Cost per Head, as the variety of what they offer is so great, so you may find that a grand evening out in the Garden Restaurant will be rather more, but that a meal in Hicks' is considerably less.
