Kalamaras Greek Taverna Description
Down a little mews in Queensway, follow your ears and the smell of charcoal cooking and you'll come across a bustling yet unprepossessing eatery. It's just the BYO policy that draws people and it can't honestly be the décor. It must be the food, which is resolutely Greek and undeniably a league above your ordinary trats. The casseroles and meze are particularly worth trying.

We went to Kalamaras Greek Taverna in December 2007, whilst visiting London. The food is fantastic and the staff are even better. What you get there is excellent value for money and highly recommended. We are going to London again in May 2008 and my wife has already asked me to book this place again.
