Sekar and his team bring to the table some flavoursome cooking assisted by using the freshest ingredients in season. Starters include tandoori lamb chops, fish fingers and caramelised prawns, and pave the way for mains such as drunken salmon served with glass noodles on a bed of fresh samphire and fennel; chicken or pork Thai curry with steamed rice and pan fried stuffed silken tofu served with smooth noodles, wild mushrooms, bean sprouts, mange tout and cherry tomatoes.
