Karachi Restaurant Description
The Karachi fights a tough battle in a city not exactly under-endowed with Indian restaurants, and comes out smelling of, well, shall we say aromatic rice? Its many fans, amongst whom Rick Stein is rumoured to be numbered, constantly write in extolling the wonderful food, the incredibly low prices and the constant buzz.
Though one disloyal fan once muttered about the toilets and there is talk of changes at the top reflecting adversely down the line. Let's hope this is not true and that Karachi can hold its own with the rest.

This is the real thing! I am Bradford born and bred and have known the Karachi for 30 years. I have worked in London for 3 years and even Brick Lane doesn't compare! As we desire trendy Indian restaurants, we have forgotten what an authentic curry tastes like. Go to the Karachi and remind yourself. Basic food, including potatoes and daal without the flashy names, water on the table, free chapattis and change in your pocket! That is a real curry.

The Karachi Restaurant is the best restaurant in Bradford. I love the food there, and every Sunday I take the whole family for a meal. For those who wish, I would recommend a chicken karahi.
