I’d been to this restaurant last week and it was a complete let down. The food was over cooked and over priced and the service was sloppy. We ordered a Lebanese wine, it was warm so we asked for an ice bucket the waiter was surprised and behaved acted like he did not know what that was. We were presented the bill before we had even finished. We won’t be going there again.

Went to this authentic little restaurant twice last year in July and August and had a fabulous time. The service was second to none - efficient, and very friendly, the food was out of the this world - large portions for very good value and the atmosphere and ambience was perfect. I would have recommended it to anyone, especially the mezze for 2 to share.

However we returned in November and it had been taken over. The service was appalling - we waited for 30 minutes before menus were brought, then another hour for the food - the waiters were rude, and very unhelpful and the food order was wrong. The food was passable, but then we sat for an hour surrounded by dirty plates and had to ask for them to be cleared. Upon complaining to the management and asking for the service charge to be removed as we were far from happy he was very rude, refused to remove the service charge saying that all transactions had to go through the till and threatened to call the police.

We were so embarrassed that we left! I wrote to the restaurant afterwards to offer chance for them to make amends but they ignored my letter. I would not recommend it and would say steer clear!
