Kassaba promise guests a royal dining experience with dishes that have evolved since the time of Alexander the Great. A meal here could start with white bait marinated in butter with turmeric, Mediterranean fish roe with olive oil and herbs or Ottoman minced lamb pastries. Main course options include pan fried chicken with cream, white wine and mushroom sauce, Macedonian kleftiko, slowly braised with seasonal vegetables, red wine and herbs, and lobster thermidor. The grill menu includes char-grilled T-bone steak in olive oil and seasoning or the exotically titled half Bedouin roast poussin, a spit roast baby chicken marinated in herbs and spices for a minimum of 24 hours.
