Chef Kam Po But has compiled an extensive a la carte menu, a testament to his redoubtable culinary skills, with delicious starters of crispy seaweed with almonds, five-spice spare ribs, courgettes stuffed with minced prawns and crispy deep-fried shredded smoked chicken. Heart-warming soups of crabmeat, fish pepper pot and lamb cucumber whet the appetite further. A main course signature dish of Mongolian barbecue of lamb served in lettuce puffs, sautéed spicy salt and pepper lobster, Peking diced duck with cashew nuts or honey roasted cha siu pork is equally satisfying. Vegetarians can look forward to spicy bean curd casserole, Sichuan French beans or sugar snap peas and baby corn with oyster sauce.
