Kerala, The Description

The Kerala started off as a humble wine bar but all that changed when a few traditional Kerala dishes were introduced and ever since the food has taken over so that it is now a fully-fledged restaurant. Highlights include lamb samosas to start with followed by either kingfish cooked with green mango or for vegetarians the mixed vegetable curry made with yoghurt and coconut milk. If you're new to this particular regional Indian cuisine fear not as the staff are more than happy to help and to recommend if asked.

We went to try the Kerala restaurant for dinner and I could say, it's an extreme disappointment. Food was really crap, not tasty, served cold. The service was quite bad. When we tried to give the feedback, the lady in-charge was very rude to us. I can't understand how anybody could shout at customers for giving feedback that too in front of other customers. I can give my phone on request if further details required. She was shouting that she would not be charging us but when we've given our card, they have swiped for full amount. I don't know if there is any place to file a case against the rudeness. Please do not visit the place ever. It’s an absolute waste of money.
