With polished floors, neatly arranged tables, high arched ceilings and an impressive glass front, Kervan Sofrasi is very much a traditional Turkish restaurant. Based out of two locations, one in Hertford Road and the other in Church Street, Lower, Kervan has established itself as a unique and popular restaurant in the area. Cooking is balanced and well executed and you can expect to find traditional Turkish dishes such as kalamari, marinated squid, deep fried in a batter, with walnut sauce; and arnavut cigeri, sautéed lamb liver with onions, parsley and sumac, to begin with. Great food! Loved the starters (mix salad,houmus,etc) but above all i loved the grill plater yammmmm

I have been to this restaurant on many occasion and the quality, taste and value for money has been outstanding. the skewer of lamb, the chicken and the kofte is fantastic. Give this restaurant a go. You will be amazed.
