Khan's Description
For many years hungry customers have ventured from all over London to Khan's in Westbourne Grove, driven by this restaurant's great reputation for serving fresh, delicious and inexpensive classic Indian cuisine. The interior is unexpectedly charming and displays stylish use of space with ornamental lamps and pastel hues.
Tandoori specialities appear in various forms such as chicken, meat, paneer or fish tikka, and sheikh kebabs, and options like okra cooked in a dry masala sauce and spiced chickpeas continue the health theme. Balti, jalfrezi, dopiaza and dhansak are concepts that are explored here, in addition to kofta dilruba, minced meatballs with gravy, and the creamy butter chicken prepared with cashew nuts, coconut and masala sauce, dressed with almonds.
Organic juices and traditional Indian drinks like yogurt based lassi and falooda, which is made by using vermicelli, rose syrup and tapioca seeds, are of particular note at Khan's.

Your Reviews of Khan's

Growing up as a young boy, my hunger, energy and love for Indian food was down to Khans's. I would go there at every request, and would enjoy walking into a buzzing and vibrant Khan's, looking forward to my meal.
Being a self declared expert of great Indian food- having eaten at over 200 restaurants, takeaways, etc, I can only express my great disappointment in the modern day Khan's. You can tell that the food that is cooked has been rushed, to get you in and out as quickly as possible. All the dishes have the same basis for the sauce, and if you know anything about Indian food and quality - you would know that this is a big let down.
I would NOT recommend a meal here, and I would never return.

How many places can you have a top class meal for less than £20 per head and in London. This restaurant is one of the best Indian eateries there is. The waiters are knowledgeable and ultra friendly. I have nothing bad to say about Khans, no wonder this jewel is world renowned.
