Khublai Khans Mongolian Restaurant - Glasgow

26 Candleriggs, Merchant City, Glasgow, G1 1LD

It's Asian, exotic and not Chinese, Thai or Indian. Don't think too much because Khublai Khan will simply enthral you with their stunning range of Mongolian cuisine in an informal and upbeat atmosphere which has made them a trendy dining destination, be it in Edinburgh or Glasgow. Wall murals, fabrics and artefacts add to the exciting feel and diners can try out various gastronomic delights just like ancient Mongol warriors who cooked their meals on upturned shields over camp fires. The Mongolian feast is immensely popular where starters could include cumin flavoured minced wild boar in a crispy pastry parcel or fish dumplings in a hot yellow bean sauce. You can then select rice, noodles, vegetables, meats and seafood along with sauces and oils and then head across to the barbeque where the grill chef will cook everything and serve steaming hot.

REVIEWS OF Khublai Khans Mongolian Restaurant - Glasgow

Neil (29 August 2007)

We had a totally different dining experience. I had been with a group of friends and everyone enjoyed. You are allowed to make up your own meals, which was really exciting as it was a different concept. As well as that, you could even try several meats that usually wouldn’t be available to you.
