Seven past Kings of England have stayed at The Angel and it was in the magnificent King's Dining Room that Richard III in 1487 signed the death warrant for the Duke of Buckingham.
Their stunning first floor restaurant, the historic King's Room, which is only open on Friday and Saturday evenings and for Sunday lunch, offers fine dining at its very best with a weekly changing menu of Modern British dishes using quality produce from award winning suppliers around the British Isles.
