Konditor & Cook - London Bridge

10 Stoney Street, London, SE1 9AD

You don't really need an occasion to gorge on some delicious cakes, thanks to places like Konditor and Cook that makes them with charm and imagination. Their first outlet opened in Cornwall Road, almost a fairytale like setting for those who'd like to indulge in a seriously delectable treat, and now there are five outlets, all in London, bearing the hallmark of style and superbly baked goods. Konditor and Cook's commitment to quality and organic free range eggs and butter is unswerving, and its no surprise that their cakes are often polished off in a less than sedate manner, whether it is the dark moist chocolate sponge interspersed with chocolate ganache, or a frosted carrot cake with aromatic toasted hazelnuts, filled and iced with a tangy lemon frosting.
