The centrally located Michelin listed Kresala restaurant has a unique atmosphere, elegant dining rooms and is dominated mainly by the colours of black, white and blue. Traditional, modern and innovative dishes make up the menu at Kresala. Chef Manel Jimenez offers many classic dishes that are well known among the middle class of Barcelona.

Ingredients are of the highest quality and dishes, which change frequently to take advantage of peak freshness and flavour, include foie gras with paprika escabeche and thyme, intensely flavoured fresh fish with a light broth of mussels and saffron, and dessert of tropical struden with exotic sauce and bitter chocolate. There are several tasting menus to choose from. The Spanish wines go well with the dishes on the exciting menu.
