Krimo's Restaurant Description
Karen and Krimo Bouabda opened Krimo's on 4th May 1985 with a mere £250 at the seaside resort of Seaton Carew (Hartlepool) in the North-East of England. They quickly put the restaurant on the map with the help of immensely dedicated staff, a few of whom are still with them. From the start, Krimo's was a runaway success and soon they were were booked up weeks in advance due to their format of "your table for the night", in July 1990, they moved out of the first-floor flat and doubled the seating.
In April 2000, they opened the new Krimo's, their self-designed 80-seater restaurant on Hartlepool Marina, where the same format remains and so does the quality of ingredients used; their food is essentially Mediterranean with North African influences, presenting excellent value for money.

I have to say that I think Krimo's restaurant in Hartlepool is one of the finest establishments on the Hartlepool Marina, if not in town. The welcome is always warm; the staff attentive, the wine perfect and food served on plates, which are hot. First class.
