Kuma's is home to a collection of assorted Asian cuisines keeping in mind contemporary tastes, hence the menu reads like a lexicon of Asian countries. A bistro like feel is accentuated by the wooden furniture and an exposed brick wall and the Underground is more of a cavernous yet trendy place for those special events.

Appetizers of crispy potstickers, chicken egg rolls, crab Rangoon and edamame to share provides a good taster for first timers, while regulars may prefer individual portions teriyaki chicken kebabs or Thai chicken cakes. Signature dishes include Korean beef and rice medley in a stone pot, braised tilapia, silken tofu stew and honey walnut prawn. Stir fries of Mongolian beef and Singapore chicken and shrimp make their presence felt alongside Vietnamese meatballs and side street noodles.

Hibachi dinners of steak, salmon or Korean short ribs are served with tempura prawn appetizers ginger dressed salad, hibachi rice, vegetables and homemade spicy wasabi dipping sauces.
