Extremely passionate about using the finest seasonal ingredients and focusing on reducing food miles, La Becasse works with suppliers to source produce local to Ludlow. The à la carte, designed on a modern French line, includes foie gras terrine with saffron and orange brioche, poached pear, orange and chicory marmalade and sweet wine reduction; new season lamb loin and neck, and dark chocolate and beetroot cake with chocolate ganache and white beetroot ice cream.
