This simple yet elegant family run restaurant is the kind of place you can rely on to produce good quality food and attentive service every time you visit. The menu is Italian including some really great and quite adventurous pizzas, as well as the classic choices. Fish and seafood dishes are excellent value considering the more than generous size of the portions. There's also a concise but above average selection of reasonably priced wines on offer and plenty to tempt a sweet tooth on the dessert menu. Reviewed by Linda Buttle

This Italian gem on Walworth Road near Waterloo is a truly fantastic vicinity. My boyfriend and I, having recently moved into the area, enjoyed a lovely meal at La Luna on Saturday night, and although they were busy, our food was delicious and came out of the kitchen in record time. The service was friendly, warm and professional. We will definitely be returning.
