La Pulperia

The heart of Eixample is home to La Pulperia, an intimate and cosy restaurant that gives customers an opportunity to sample authentic Galician cuisine. The establishment is owned by the Cacheiro Group, whose restaurants dot the city of Barcelona, charming customers with their attractive ambience and tasty food.

Squid is the unquestionable star on the La Pulperia menu. Following Galician tradition, the speciality is boiled in copper containers and scissor cut before being brought to the table.

A range of Galician tapas, Mediterranean creations and dishes such as garlic sausages and white wine, Lacón fileteado of dried Galician ham, created only from the shoulder of pigs rarely fail to please.
