The food is definitely a part of its appeal and first to show up on the table are plates of chef's tender game terrine with Madeira and creamy caspio lending a sweet note, and sliced smoked duck breast with sliced melon and red fruit coulis. Mains flaunt a full range of seafood dishes such as stuffed fresh Scottish salmon mignons and pan-fried monkfish in a blanket of bacon with provençale vegetables and potato fondant.
