More than two decades have passed since they started out and their popularity has only increased with the opening of two more restaurants in West Los Angeles and Santa Monica.

This downtown eatery offers splendid choices for breakfast, scrambled eggs, omelettes, ham steak, potatoes, sweet bread and fruit while lunch options include tostadas, burritos, tacos and enchiladas. Later in the day, the choice hovers between hot or cold appetizers, grilled scallops or shrimp cocktail while further down the menu, gorditas, thick medallion sized corn dough cooked on a grill and stuffed with meat or fish, served with rice, beans and soup makes a filling meal.
