I have eaten at Laguna many times and have found the service and food excellent; they are very accommodating and helpful with explanations of dishes. The owner is always present, which is nice to see. They have been there so long that they are unlike your typical Indian restaurant; it is a nice place to go for a nice meal and evening out - not just to have a curry!

This tandoori restaurant has been going for over 25 years now and is one of the best places in Nottingham to enjoy traditional Indian cuisine. During my recent visit, although being a Tuesday night the restaurant was bustling and had a very good atmosphere. The service was attentive and although they were having a minor refurbishment at the time, it did not ruin our experience. I would recommend Laguna but try not to sit too close to the kitchen as we could constantly hear a buzzer alerting the waiters that food was ready!
