Lamb Inn, The Description

Simon Clifton has created at The Greyhound, within the walls of an old country inn, a place where his own ideas and feelings resulting from years of international travel have been embodied. Perry Wheeler, the head chef goes to great lengths to ensure that properly sourced ingredients are used wherever possible and a smart dining room seats 35. Over 60 wines make up a list which whilst obviously not all-embracing covers a great deal of ground and should bring a sparkle to the eyes of even the most discerning.
