I went down to Lasan during the peak hours of the Christmas weekend. The food was outstanding and the service team lead by an Indian manager was exceptional, Bravo Lasan!

We visited Lasan a couple of weeks ago and what a refreshing change! Surprise, surprise the food was ‘different, excellent tandoori, and both mains tasted fresh and spicy, naans freshly cooked and not the usual ghee and salt experience. The waiter actually commented on this! Side dishes of saag and dhal both very good. Nice modern decor and very friendly (not servile) staff. With so many rubbishy Indian/Bangladeshi places now in Birmingham Lasan is a little gem to which other restaurants in the area should aspire.
