Good restaurant which I think has lost its way a bit since refurbishment in April 2004. The refurbishment saw introduction of less varied menu with lots of pizza. I think this is rather a lazy option and appears extremely poor value in comparison to proper pizza restaurants such as pizza express on Kennington Lane (5 mins away). I do object to 'optional' service charge which is added to bills automatically making the cost of the £8.70 pizza or main dish closer to £10. Waitress became very surly when we refused to pay service charge recently - we considered it poor service to keep us waiting 20 minutes plus for a pizza and then to bring the wrong one.
