To start with order the pan-fried mushrooms and prawns with smoked bacon and garlic and chicken liver terrine with a matured stilton crust. For main course consider breast of barbary duck with a green peppercorn and port sauce, Scottish fillet of beef with sauce forestière and roasted English rack of lamb with minted jus.
