Les Ambassadeurs Description

Jean-François Piège is both a composer and a performer at Les Ambassadeurs, serving up the best of French savoir-faire and the art of living, to which he adds his own personal 'art of being'. Jean-François Piège has put together a classic French menu that takes a few incursions into contemporary cuisine. Using only the highest quality ingredients and drawing on his unique savoir-faire, he offers 'honest' dishes that reflect the changing seasons, and shares his fascination for good food with the guests.
