It was a rare treat with a very unassuming appearance. Redding's ‘growth’ has all but choked off decent dining. Thankfully Lims has stuck it out and still offers very good food at reasonable prices. The employees are always friendly and fast, the seating areas are clean and the portions are generous, but not ridiculously huge. I am yet to have a bad meal at Lims and I am not a huge Chinese food fan. In fact Lims Chinese is the only Chinese food that I like. I have been eating at Lims Café for the last thirty five years and I hope progress won't put them out of business.
