The ingredients are always fresh and cooked wonderfully. The staff are friendly and it has an atmosphere that can be enjoyed by all age groups. I highly recommend it!

Good food, especially the pasta. The only problem is a 12.5% optional service charge!!
WHY? People hate that - it is not optional at all, they add it on the bill whether you like it or not.
We queried it and did not pay it (though we left a cash tip) and were made to feel awful about it. Much better to add a cover charge for the bread butter and olives which you get free anyway (£1.50 would do) and then you would probably leave a 5% tip anyway, so they would not be worse off!
It is actually reasonably priced anyway, so why alienate people? The great British public never say anything, but they just don't go again! In fact you can see Ferrari’s is less full since it started this OPTIONAL service charge. If you agree, drop me an e-mail, or if the management read this, please contact me and explain why you do it.
