The Indian accented interiors with comfortable seating set the stage for an enjoyable evening with family and friends. Get the meal off to a hearty start with a choice from the grill. Enjoy sizzling tandoori lamb chops, seekh kebab, shammi kebab, lamb sashlick, tandoori prawn or fish tikka. You could also choose between starters of potato cutlets, onion bhaji, mutton samosa, chicken pakora or prawn cocktail.
Main course options include chicken dopiaza, mild lamb korma, fiery mutton Madras, prawn bhuna, cottage cheese with spinach and yellow lentils coked with herbs and spices. Minced lamb with spring onion, garlic, ginger, tomato, peas and spices and garnished with fresh coriander and aubergine with lentils add more variety to the menu. Chef's specials of chicken tikka jalfrezi, lamb pasanda and tender chicken or lamb marinated in mixed pickle and ginger satisfy the palate further. The Bengal special consisting of lamb, chicken and king prawns served with rice could be as appealing.
Refresh the palate with mango lassi, fresh fruit juice, Kingfisher or Cobra beer, all of which complement the food perfectly as does the judicious selection of white and red wines.
