m.Brasserie & Bar at Mandolay

Uncomplicated brasserie fare is presented with much verve, a chicken liver and orange pâté, or a warm smoked duck with balsamic onion confit and roasted shallots can be followed with a slow cooked lamb shank served with a beetroot mash, roasted parsnips and a red wine jus, and beer battered haddock. The deli board is clearly categorised and is an impressive collection of meat, fish and mezze dishes whilst the cheese board in particular is a complete cheese package with English brie, farmhouse cheddar, gorgonzola and smoked applewood.
