Madame Geisha

The sophisticated Madame Geisha in Brighton is bold and stylish and effectively brings traditional concepts together in a more clubby atmosphere. Spread across three floors, this exciting restaurant has subtle décor and cherry blossoms on its ceilings although the reinforcement of the theme is hardly required, given that the entire concept has a different edge altogether with the pan Asian notions firmly entrenched in the menu and in everything else that you come across.

The restaurant offers big and small plates with dishes such as Thai spiced fish cakes with cucumber and sweet chilli salsa or chicken breast marinated in lemon and lime leaf, paprika aioli and sautéed potatoes. Do look for the noodle soups and of course the handmade dimsum, steamed or deep fried while desserts could include the hot ginger parkin pudding with butterscotch sauce and orange marmalade ice cream. Choose from the wide range of cocktails, champagnes and fine wines which accompany your meal excellently.
