Mandarin

27 Clifton Street, Blackpool, FY1 1JD

Michael Wan's Mandarin Restaurant opened its doors to the people of Blackpool in 1961 and has since served Chinese food to over three generations of customers. The refuge functions with the belief that every meal shared should be special and so they spend longer carefully selecting ingredients and creating dishes for customers who visit the restaurant. The tastefully done up dining area is filled with the happy chatter of diners enjoying their meal. So after a fun filled day at the Pleasure Beach or on the seafront head to Mandarin for a relaxing meal that could include chicken noodle soup, salt and pepper spare ribs or steamed prawn dumplings followed by a main course of crispy spicy chicken, 'the house' duckling, Chinese marinated pork with fried onion and scrambled egg, or a sizzling mini fillet steak.

REVIEWS OF Mandarin

Chuck Donnelly (3 August 2011)

Went to the Mandarin in Blackpool for the first time and have to say it is probably the best chinese food we have ever had. The food was excellent but this was also made very special by wonderful service in a lovely atmosphere. Will definitely be going back next time we are in Blackpool.
