The Mango Lounge is a stylish and contemporary restaurant, which has brought a much needed air of elegance and sophistication to the Indian restaurant scene in Windsor. Their a la carte menu has been skilfully compiled by the Head Chef Ashwani Kumar and his team, and reflects his innovative and contemporary style of Indian cooking by blending delicate flavours and light textures, which he presents with verve and style.

He offers a refined Indian cuisine from many regions to satisfy today's more sophisticated palate, fed up with the run-of-the-mill product elsewhere. The menu is diverse, which reflects the rich tapestry of the Indian sub-continent with a wide range of culinary influences; North and South Indian, Goan, Bengali, Gujarati, together with Rajasthani flavours. Their dishes draw inspiration from the heights of Maharajas' palaces to the humble street stalls, home of some of the best Indian food.
