Manor Restaurant Description
A 16th century manor house of great presence, everything perfectly in place - and that's just the outside. Inside the ambience is, if anything, turned up as ancient panelling, stone fireplaces with well-tended log fires and fresh flowers become apparent. The menu is not extensive but it does cover an amazingly wide range. Start with the cured salmon with orange butter sauce, progressing to braised suckling pig with Chinese five-spice and honey. For a little contrast head for the blackcurrant mousse with mango sauce. A French-flavoured wine list shouts class. House wine from £13, with wines by the glass from £4.

There can be few restaurants which equal the excellence of Eastwell Manor. In beautiful surroundings, the dining never fails to be excellent. Of particular value is their lunchtime menu which is 2 courses for a tenner, 3 for £15. No-one can fail to be pleased with Eastwell. Haute cuisine, excellent wine and a friendly atmosphere.
