Start your evening with crispy hoi sin duck spring rolls, cucumber and leeks or grilled Portobello mushrooms, gruyere and whole grain mustard glaze, rocket and balsamic. For main course consider roast rump of lamb, dauphinoise potatoes, buttered green vegetables and rosemary jus, or sea bass fillet, sautéed cucumber, sun-blushed tomatoes, watercress, pine nuts and coriander.
